PROBLEM

Our esteemed client approached to look at the roof and the fascia boards. The situation was getting bad as we saw infested fascia boards that needed to be replaced. The broken-down gutters were now full of dirt that caused the fascia infection and the overall falling of tiles from the roof.

WORK DONE

Upon approval of our quotation, our client advised us to start with the fascia replacements. On arrival at their site, we removed all the existing fascia boards that were infested. We then procured materials on behalf of our client. We delivered the materials and started the carpentry job installing the new timber fascia boards.
We went on an extra mile and painted the fascia boards for our client. If not painted the fascia will quickly seep in rain water and this will contribute into their short life span. Paint then protects the boards from the agents of weather. We applied pink wood primer, which is the initial coat to be applied for wood material; and then we painted applied the two last coats of white gloss paint.
