PROBLEM

On behalf of her parents, our client requested for our services to renovate her childhood home. We then went on to take measurements and provide the client with the intended quotation.

WORK DONE

Upon approval, we procured all the tiling materials for our client and travelled about an hour from the city center. On arrival, we removed all the existing tiles and cleaned up the place to prepare for new ceramic tiles. The challenges faced include an uneven floor screed which took us time to find the best ne floor level for the tiles. The walls were not straight meaning that in certain areas, the bends were clearly visible. We then made sure we improvised to give our client the satisfaction and value of her money she much needed.

NEXT WORK

We only did the common areas, for this project. The client will advice when next we are to go and finish the work in other rooms.
