Project management
We understand that our client may have their personal team that they have worked with because of many reasons which may include their capacity and/or quality of work. We come in as Project management experts to make sure the project moves following the stipulated course and making sure that contractors and subcontractors maximise man hours. We monitor and evaluate each artisan or subcontractor’s work making sure that it meets the standard of the design.
01. Construction work management
Construction work has different aspects that have to be followed to create a good final product. We create work schedules that fit the uniqueness of each project making sure that each unit and work is done at the correct slot before another work continues.
02. Cost management
Zoe construction team understand the need of the customer to save as much cost as possible. We take the place of the client in making sure that quality service provision is given at the budgeted cost. This assists the clients who have little to less knowledge of the industry charges for materials and labor.
03. Material management
On site, many players will be on the ground providing different services for the client. We come in to manage the materials on site and machinery being used on site so that there are no misplacement or disappearance of materials and machinery. If materials are mismanaged the overall result is added cost and completion time for the project.
